Minyi Hu is a Phd candidate in Real Estate Economics at Maastricht University's School of Business and Economics, Department of Finance. Her main research interest is urban economics.

Her academic research currently focuses on the real estate markets, impact of indoor environment on employee satisfaction, performance and retention.

Minyi holds degrees in City Governance, Quantitative Finance, and Accounting.
