I am a Lecturer in Real Estate Economics at The Bartlett School of Sustainable Construction UCL. I am mainly interested in topics contained in the intersection between the fields of urban, environmental, health and real estate economics. My past research has focused on the effects of induced earthquakes and liability compensations payed for them on the housing market in the Netherlands. My current research focuses on the impact of indoor air quality on human cognition and productivity.
