"What excites me the most is the opportunity to share from my experiences from an international organization with a global real estate portfolio. I love the approach this program has, aiming to combine the academic angle with real-life practical examples and experiences. I hope it will be a real interactive session with lots of questions and fun!"

"Global capital flows and macro events significantly impact real estate markets. By understanding and adapting to these flows and events, real estate professionals can identify new opportunities, mitigate risks, and optimize returns. Additionally, a global strategy allows for investment diversification and the ability to capitalize on growth markets, which is crucial in an increasingly interconnected world."

By focusing on practical applications and strategies, I aim to provide insights that hopefully will be directly applicable to their roles in the industry. The key takeaways I hope to share with participants include the benefits of running both listed and private real estate in a combined strategy, and how one can build a real estate organization in different ways depending on which limitation one operates within. Additionally, I hope to inspire, energize, and motivate real estate professionals to make a difference within the real estate industry, regardless of their role in the broader team. It is all about the team effort and collaboration, and the real estate industry can become so much better if we achieve increased collaboration and exchange of information across organizations and geographies."
